The seismic sounds of Earth

This is a near-real-time live audio stream of the seismic sounds of Earth, detected by a seismometer at Pigeon Hill in Steuben, Maine. The sounds of the planet have been speeded up 1,800× to make their very low frequencies audible. The spectrogram image updates itself every few minutes.
